TEAM AND LAUNCHING THE “FOR CHANGE” ASSOCIATION
It is hard to describe our organization’s team with simple words. Behind this cause and the belief that each person deserves a better reality are standing people of different career paths and with various understandings of life, united by the love and desire for change in society. In the team of our volunteers and founders, there are social workers, teachers, college students, jurists, medical professionals, and freelance entrepreneurs. From 2013 until today we as one team are trying to bring back the faith in the good in people because that is one hidden power within each one of us. A power that can not only move the mountains but can change fates as well. The power to create new possibilities and give voice to the voiceless.
PURPOSE AND MISSION OF THE ASSOCIATION
The main purpose of the Association is to work for the creation of the best conditions and opportunities possible for the inclusion of vulnerable children, youths, adults, and families from various social groups of the society. Thus, aiming to achieve better life, dignity, and responsibility in people based on their personal skills, interpersonal relations, and community resources. We strive to encourage the process of social inclusion of the vulnerable in public life and guarantee their freedom as well. We believe that each child is precious and has every right to security, love, respect, education, and future. Additionally, we cannot reconcile with the unbearable reality of the lonely elderly and sick people, left in the whims of fate. We believe that together we can make the world a better living place.
